I had a wonderful stay thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jai Kumar from housekeeping, who was always there to help with anything we needed. The location was great, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, but I did encounter some issues with the reception staff and cleanliness, which detracted from the experience. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but some areas need improvement.

My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the staff was absolutely fantastic, especially Mr. Shakunt, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. The food was great, and the cleanliness was impressive. However, I had a negative experience with another hotel under the same brand, where the food and service were subpar, leaving me disappointed. Overall, while this hotel excelled in hospitality, another location tarnished my experience.
